The Application Portal is a website operated by Vue Entertainment Limited (“we”, “us” or “our”) that lists current job vacancies and allows you to apply for jobs directly. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 03812286 and have our registered office at 3rd Floor One Ariel Way, Westfield, London, United Kingdom, W12 7SL.

Eligibility

Use of the Application Portal is restricted to persons aged 16+.  By registering to use the Application Portal, you confirm that you are 16 years of age or older. We reserve the right to terminate your access immediately if we believe that you are under 16 years of age.

By using our Application Portal, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our Application Portal.

We are the owner or the licensee of all content published  on our Application Portal, including text, images, trademarks and software.  All content on the Application Portal is protected by intellectual property laws. You may print off one copy of such  page(s) of Application Portal as you may reasonably require for your personal use.  You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or use for commercial purposes any content on our Application Portal without our written permission.

If you print off, download, share or reproduce any part of our Application Portal in breach of these terms of service, your right to use our Application Portal will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies you have made.

Do not rely on information on this Application Portal

Whilst we make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on our Application Portal is accurate and up to date, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on our Application Portal is accurate, complete or up to date.  You should verify any information before relying on it. Availability of the Application Portal

Whilst we try to ensure that the Application Portal is available 24 hours a day, we shall not be liable if access to the Application Portal is suspended temporarily due to system failure, system maintenance or any reasons beyond our control.

We are not responsible for viruses

We do not guarantee that our Application Portal will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.

You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programs and platform to access our Application Portal and any associated costs. You should use your own virus protection software.

Misuse and Prohibited Access

You must not misuse our Application Portal by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful, or otherwise harmfully interacting with our Application Portal or any part of it. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our Application Portal or its systems.  This includes, but is not limited to, attempts to bypass security measures, disrupt services or access data you are not permitted to view.  In the event of a breach of this provision, your right to use our Application Portal will cease immediately and any such breach may be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

Governing law in the case of a dispute

Please note that these terms of service, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. We both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
